Florida investor buys Fort Worth industrial pair for $81M

FORT WORTH – Florida-based Basis Industrial has acquired two industrial sites for a total of $81 million. Both properties will be renovated.

The $57.2 million property at 2301-2759 Ludelle St. is a 421,721-sf warehouse campus with tenants including ARCO Contractors Supply, Micro Mold, Environmental Technologies, and Liyu Optoelectronic.

Located at 2301-2367 Blue Smoke Court, the other property is a $24 million, 161,418-sf industrial complex. Tenants include Schaefer Mold, MSG Distributors, Lone Star Bingo, and Pan American Wire.

Newmark Group brokered the sale. 

Basis Industrial purchased two more warehouses in Florida as part of the acquisitions totaling $160 million. Bank United, Banesco, and Thorofare provided about $110 million in loans.​
