FORT WORTH – Florida-based Basis Industrial has acquired two industrial sites for a total of $81 million. Both properties will be renovated.
The $57.2 million property at 2301-2759 Ludelle St. is a 421,721-sf warehouse campus with tenants including ARCO Contractors Supply, Micro Mold, Environmental Technologies, and Liyu Optoelectronic.
Located at 2301-2367 Blue Smoke Court, the other property is a $24 million, 161,418-sf industrial complex. Tenants include Schaefer Mold, MSG Distributors, Lone Star Bingo, and Pan American Wire.

Basis Industrial purchased two more warehouses in Florida as part of the acquisitions totaling $160 million. Bank United, Banesco, and Thorofare provided about $110 million in loans.
