1M-sf mixed-use project breaks ground in Dallas

DALLAS – Developers have broken ground on a one million-sf, four-acre, mixed-use, high-rise development.

Located at Travis St. and Knox St., the project will have the 140-room Auberge Resorts Collection hotel; 48 luxury condominiums; 150,000-sf office building; 100,000 sf of retail and restaurant space; 27-story, 173-unit apartment building; and a half-acre park. It will open in 2026.

The project is being developed by a partnership between MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Co., The Retail Connection, and Highland Park Village Associates. 

Woods Bagot, OJB Landscape Architecture, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and HKS are designing it. Balfour Beatty and Andres Construction are the general contractors.

JLL arranged the $600 million financing with Beal Bank. 

CBRE Group is marketing the offices, and Allie Beth Allman & Associates is marketing the condominiums.​
