MONT BELVIEU – Riceland, McGrath Real Estate Partners’ 1,400-acre master-planned community, is set to deliver its first homesite and start work on its first commercial building.
The 144-acre first phase will have 417 homesites ranging from four-ft alley-loaded lots to 70-ft traditional lots.
The first houses are expected to begin construction in first quarter 2024 with delivery expected in the second quarter. Pricing will start in the $350,000s.
Meanwhile, McGrath expects to start construction on a 16,956-sf commercial building in the first quarter of next year. The building, called The Mill House, is already 95 percent preleased.
At buildout, the community could have about 4,000 single-family homes plus multifamily units, 30 miles of trails, a stocked ten-acre lake, and resort style pools.
