Westinghouse Crossing bringing 225K sf of R&D, office, retail to Georgetown

GEORGETOWN – Westinghouse Crossing, a, mixed-use development on 35 acres, will break ground in January.

The 225,000-sf development will be near the intersection of Westinghouse Rd. and N. Mays St.

The project’s developer, St. John Properties, said 170,000 sf will be designated as research and development space. Nearly 40,000 sf will be for commercial offices and 15,000 sf for retail space. Two acres have been set aside for restaurant or health​care uses.

No tenants are currently lined up.

The first two buildings ​​are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.​
