ROUND ROCK – Austin-based credit union Amplify Credit Union has announced the completion of Mustard Seed Village, a tiny home community offering affordable housing options.
Mustard Seed Village has 28 two-bed, one-bath units. Rent is capped at $1,375 a month.
Along with having a shared laundry space, outdoor fire pit, and dog park, a girls group home is in the center of the community that incorporates Teen Challenge, a one-year program to integrate the girls with the rest of the tiny home residents.
Construction took six months. All rentals are currently occupied.
