LANCASTER – Construction has begun on a new 100-acre data center near I-35E.
The one million-sf PowerCampus Dallas project will have a private onsite electrical substation with up to 300 megawatts of power.
Skybox Datacenters is partnering with Bandera Ventures and Des Moines-based Principal Asset Management on the project.
Skybox, which has campuses in Austin, Chicago, Northern Virginia, and Silicon Valley, previously partnered with Bandera Ventures on Houston and Plano projects.
