SAN MARCOS – Texas State University’s latest student housing project at 102 Russell Circle is nearing completion.
The $125 million Hilltop Hall will be eight stories with 1,006 beds. The dorm will have a main lobby, kitchen, seminar hall, gaming rooms, and laundry room.
Hilltop is slated to be completed in December and will begin housing students in fall 2024.
