FORT WORTH – The sister project to Dallas’s Crescent hotel has opened in the Cultural District.
The $250 million hotel has 200 rooms across three buildings and five stories with 12 suites and 14,000 sf of meeting space, as well as a ground-floor corner bar and two restaurants. It also has the three-story, 20,000-sf Canyon Ranch spa.
Nightly rate starts at $300. Half of the hotel is currently open.
Fort Worth’s Crescent was designed by Dener-based OZ Architecture and developed by Crescent Real Estate.
The eight-story, 170,000-sf Crescent office building is across from the hotel. Tenants include PNC Bank, Satori Capital, and Raymond James. It was also designed by OZ Architecture.
