SCHERTZ – The NRP Group has broken ground on Aviator 1518, a 300-unit affordable housing project.
The complex will have one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and playground.
The NRP Group is partnering with the Schertz Housing Authority on the project.
Alta Architects is designing the project. Bank of America is providing construction financing.
Full completion is slated for 2026.
