Scrap metal processor acquires 55 acres in Dayton for industrial facility

DAYTON – Liberty Development Partners has sold 55 acres of the 2,400-acre rail-served Gulf Inland Logistics Park to OmniSource LLC.

The company plans to break ground on an automobile metals recycling facility early next year and start operations in about a year.

The agreement includes the improvement of Rolke Rd. and the construction of a new road within the development, Riverbend Way, as well as supporting utility infrastructure.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Liberty Development Partners, while Partners Real Estate Co. represented OmniSource.​
