WACO – The Cambria Hotel, the first of three hotel projects by KB Hotels, has opened its doors after receiving a temporary certificate of occupancy.
The four-story, 132-room hotel began welcoming guests last week, but currently holds a temporary certificate that allows the structure to be occupied while awaiting its final checks.
The hotel is at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Bridge St. Rates start at $119 per night.
The facility has an on-site BLVD Steakhouse, fitness center, two pools, and 7,000 sf of meeting and event space.
After renegotiating contracts due to COVID-19 delays, The Cambria will receive $1.34 million from the TIF Zone and up to $1.72 million in hotel occupancy taxes.
