HOUSTON – KidsTale Playground has signed a 162,790-sf industrial lease at Fairbanks Northwest Distribution Center.
The company, which supplies children’s recreational products, will occupy the entirety of the North Building, which has 32-ft clear heights, four drive-in ramps, 180-ft truck courts depths, and ample trailer parking.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Triten Real Estate Partners, while Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
