GRAND PRAIRIE – Two warehouses totaling 144,000 sf in the Great Southwest Industrial District have been sold.
The two fully leased properties are on Ave. S and 113th St.
JLL arranged the sale between Dallas-based Berkeley Partners and owner Canada-based Oxford Properties.
Berkeley owns ten million sf of warehouse and distribution buildings nationwide.
