Treehouse has 297 units on 12.4 acres at 2501 Wickersham Ln. One- to two-bedroom units are available with monthly rents starting at $1,011. Amenities include a pool, business center, 24-hour gym, and dog park.
Newmark represented the seller, Houston-based investment firm Nitya Capital. The buyer was Disrupt Equity, also of Houston.
