BALCH SPRINGS – An $9 million operations center will begin construction this month for a Dallas-based construction, maintenance, and engineering service company.
The 80,000-sf building will have 60,000 sf of warehouse space and 20,000 sf of office space. Construction will be finished in October 2024.
The project designer is O’Brien Architects with Rockport Construction Group as the general contractor.
Developer Primoris Services Corp. has locations in Florida, California, the Pacific Northwest, Canada, and along the Gulf Coast. This is its third location in North Texas.
