Located at 269 North SH 360, the Haven at Mansfield has 257 units across three four-story buildings with studio and one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 634 sf to 1,270 sf.
The community has a swimming pool, clubhouse, grilling stations, yoga studio, and 24-hour fitness center.
Developed by Ascendant Development, the project was financed by Amerant Bank with a $29 million loan and designed by EDI International.
