WICHITA FALLS – A park trail is nearing completion on its $3 million improvements.
The 26-mile Circle Trail in Lucy Park is having half a mile improved to allow for bicycles, skateboards, scooters and more. The project will take 18 to 24 months. Further improvements will take five to six years.
The upgrade is financed by $2 million from TXDOT and $1 million from a donor match.
