MANVEL – H-E-B has opened a 106,000-sf store at 17119 SH 6 to anchor the Manvel Town Center.
At buildout, the 273-acre Manvel Town Center will have more than one million sf of retail.
In addition to the grocery store, the first phase will have a McDonald’s, Whataburger, Marble Slab, Jersey Mike’s, and more.
Additional anchors and junior anchors will follow in the next phase in 2024, including more restaurants, fitness centers, home furnishing stores, health and beauty stores, and entertainment venues.
