103K-sf Harris County distribution center completes High Life Business Park

HARRIS COUNTY – Clay Development & Construction Inc.’s 103,100-sf High Life Dis​​tribution Center will be ready for occupancy this quarter. It marks the completion of Clay’s 21-acre High Life Business Park, begun in 2010.

The building is on 8.1 acres at 15930 Tomball Pkwy./SH 249 at Beltway 8/Sam Houston Pkwy., outside Houston city limits. It has a 32-foot clear-height ceiling and 52-by-60-foot column spacing with 27 dock doors and two drive-in doors, 122-foot truck court, and 61 employee parking spots.

The building is served by an upsized infrastructure to accommodate large power users and has 2,600 sf of office space, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and regional detention pond.

CBRE and Clay Development & Construction is handling leasing.

Current tenants in the park included CRC Evans, J. Simmons Group, and Freedom CNG.
