GEORGETOWN – Enflite LLC is gearing up for a massive expansion that will provide as much as 65,000 sf of manufacturing space at 2010 Lakeway Dr.
The city supported the expansion in the form of $250,000 in grants, as long as 121 employees are employed at the new facility. Enflite currently has 90 employees but hopes to reach 200.
The subsidies break down like this:
- $3,000 per job that pays over $90,000;
- $2,000 for employees that are paid between $80,000 and $90,000; and
- $1,000 per job that pays below $80,000 annually.
The company will receive this money as long as they invest $2 million in the space, occupy at least 50,000 sf, and move in by the end of 2025.
The facility is being built by Texas Outdoor Power Equipment and Headwater Commercial Realty LLC.
