KYLE – Door Capital Partners has purchased two retail buildings totaling 14,135 sf. They’re in the Kyle Crossing mixed-use development.
Tenants at the 5180 FM 1626 site include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Crumbl Cookies, Heartland Dental, and Black Rock Coffee.
Door Capital Partners is the buyer.
