SAN ANTONIO – Another apartment project is in the works for the Tobin Hill area.
Oxbow Development Group revealed its newest conceptual project, Coopers Row North, a six-story, 75-unit apartment building at 1210 E. Elmira St.
The building would be next to Coopers Row, a developing mixed-use project at 1126 E. Elmira St. The apartments would have about 9,000 sf of commercial space on the ground floor.
Houston-based W Partnership and local firm Don McDonald Architects are on the design team. Rialto Studio is the landscape architect. Pape Dawson is providing civil engineering services.
Construction is planned to begin in 2024 with a 2026 target finish.
