DENTON – A student housing community has changed hands near the University of North Texas.
The 427-bed 33 North has one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts with bed-to-bath parity, a pool, fitness center, study lounge, clubroom, gaming centers, package lockers, and an outdoor kitchen.
Vesper Holdings acquired the property and will renovate the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area.
It will be managed by Vesper’s management firm, Campus Life & Style.
