FORT WORTH – A 1.4 million-sf industrial project is coming to the 500-acre Carter Park East industrial park.
The $69 million project will include a 771,012-sf building and a 645,254-sf building. Construction will begin late 2024.
The development designer is RGA Architects.
Carter Park East was developed by Rob Riner Cos., who partnered with Clarion Partners and Crow Holdings and has a major HomeGoods distribution center and seven million sf of planned construction.
The park is marketed by Stream Realty Partners.
