CYPRESS – A joint venture between Trammel Crow Co. and Clarion Partners LLC has delivered Building 4, a 521,600-sf cross-dock warehouse in the Weiser Business Park at 14402 Fallbrook Dr.
This building has 36-ft clear height, 54-ft-wide column spacing, trailer parking, and an ESFR sprinkler system. It is more than 60 percent leased, leaving 204,597 sf vacant.
Construction of Weiser Business Park began in August 2022. At completion, it will have more than 1.6 million sf of space across six or seven buildings.
The first phase, which consists of three warehouses totaling 557,490 sf, delivered last December. Those buildings are 61 percent leased.
The developers purchased the 102-acre property between SH 290 and Huffmeister Rd. and acquired an adjacent property from Huffmeister Interest, bringing the total acquisition to 130 acres.
