FLOWER MOUND – The first phase of a 50-acre mixed-use project near Grapevine Lake will break ground in January.
Located on FM 2499 at Lakeside Village Pkwy., the Silveron Park development will begin with a 64,350-sf, three-story office building designed by Alliance Architects that will include underground parking and open in 2024.
The first phase will also have 200 apartments and 15,000 sf of retail and restaurant space.
The project is developed by a partnership between Thompson Realty Capital LLC and Canada-based Trez Capital.
