FRISCO – A residential project is being developed with grass rooftops and a focus on nature.
Located at Little Bluestream Ln., the 56-acre Tapestry development will have 121 homes with 3,233-sf, 4,394-sf, and 5,472-sf models ranging from $1.3 million to $1.9 million.
Three and four bedrooms are the standard floor plan, and a fifth can be added.
In addition to grass-covered roofs, the homes will have six geothermal wells 300 feet below the ground.
The project is developed by India-based Total Environment Homes. It was approved in 2018 and began sales in January 2021 but stalled due to the pandemic.
