DALLAS – A 40-year-old office building will receive $8 million in renovations, including getting a six-story mural by Daisuke Okamoto on the building’s exterior.
The 110,000-sf building at 2501 Cedar Springs will have a new lobby, ground-floor restaurant, tenant conference center, and an improved parking garage.
Previously occupied by Enlink Midstream, the vacant office building is owned by Mexico-based Grupo Haddad and marketed by Newmark Group.
