FRISCO – A stalled mixed-use development has gained approval 14 years after rezoning.
The 123-acre project at Legacy Dr. and Main St. will have up to 4,000 multifamily units, including high-rise residential towers, 2.5 million sf of office space, one million sf of retail, and 1,000 hotel rooms.
Developer Zarky Development LLC purchased 105 acres of the site in 2007 and 12.8 acres in 2008. An additional 15 acres are city-owned.
