SACHSE – A new rental community has opened in the 134-acre mixed-use development The Station.
The 297-unit Adaline at The Station includes a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, coworking space, game lounge, dog park, and pet spa. Monthly rents start at $1,500.
Located on the Bush Turnpike near Pleasant Valley Rd., The Station is a $500 million development that will have 400,000 sf of commercial and retail space, 600 apartments, and 250 single-family homes.
Adaline at The Station is developed by PMB Capital Investments, who have completed 18,000 sf of restaurants and retail at the development. Edge Realty Partners are leasing the apartments.
