THE WOODLANDS – Howard Hughes Holdings Inc is developing 1 Riva Row, a 13-story building with four-story residential living and a total of 268 luxury apartments at The Woodlands Waterway.
The building will have penthouses, two-story townhomes, and units in studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
The four-story amenity center will have an indoor/outdoor pool deck with cabanas, fire pit, grills, private dining pods, lounge seating, sports lounge, sky lounge with a fire feature, and pet park and wash station.
There will also be a two-story health and wellness center with yoga, strength equipment, cardio, barre, bike room for storage and repair, and kayak storage.
The complex will have coworking space with conference rooms and private offices as well.
Ground breaks in late August with completion slated for fourth quarter 2025.
