ROUND ROCK – Another multifamily complex is coming to Round Rock at 1401 CR 118.
The Preserve at Mustang Creek will have eight three-story buildings totaling 144,000 sf with 252 units.
Amenities include resort-style swimming pool, covered garages, fitness center,, virtual studio, and club room.
The complex will open in phases with the first opening in late 2024 and the last in third quarter 2025.
