DALLAS – A church is planning a $60 million, three-phase, 141,500-sf expansion at 8011 Douglas Ave. near Preston Center.
Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church’s first phase will include 59,000 sf of renovation. The second phase will have a 75,000-sf expansion. The third phase will have 7,500 sf of sanctuary renovations.
The project will begin early 2024 and end 2026.
Beck Architecture is handling the renovations.
