ARLINGTON – A $65 million senior living community will begin construction in early 2024.
Located at 100 West Arbrook Blvd. near the Arlington Highlands open-air retail center, Watermere at the Highlands will total 421,616 sf and open in 2026.
The project is developed by Integrated Real Estate Group, who focuses on independent living, assisted living, multifamily, and senior housing.
