TARRYTOWN – Casis Village, the retail center at the corner of Exposition Blvd. and Westover Rd., has changed owners for the first time in the property’s history.
Built by the Bryant family in 1952, the 48,500-sf center is home to local retailers including Tarrytown Pharmacy, Estilo Boutique, Food Food, and L Majors Jewelers. National tenants include Benchmark Bank, Starbucks Coffee, and Randalls Grocery.
The new owner is a partnership between Ivy Companies and 35 South Capital. The new partnership plans to renovate the property’s façade, landscaping, and common areas.
The seller was represented by Endeavor Real Estate Group, while the buyer used in-house representation. Heritage Title was the title company. Rue Realty will work with the new owners on future leasing efforts.
