DALLAS – A 42-story office tower is converting its office space into apartments and adding a hotel and conference center.
The 1.35 million-sf Cityplace Tower will convert floors 34 to 41 to 98 Class A units for $61.5 million. It will also build a $136.2 million five-star InterContinental Hotel.
Construction will be complete in early 2025.
NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust purchased the 35-year-old tower in 2018 for $195.75 million.
