ROCKWALL – Investment firm Dunhill Partners has purchased a 21-acre retail center east of Lake Ray Hubbard.
Located on I-30, the 212,000-sf Rockwall Market Center is fully leased to tenants such as Michaels, Office Depot, Old Navy, Petco, and Ross Dress for Less. It was built in 1999.
The buyer is credited with transforming the Design District.
