PEARLAND – Millar Inc., which makes medical devices, has opened its new headquarters at 11950 N. Spectrum Blvd.
Clay Development and Construction delivered the 56,000-sf research and development, manufacturing, and warehousing facility this month after breaking ground in April 2022.
Millar has since moved some of its departments into the building. Plans are to move the remaining workers from its current 29,730-sf building at 6001-A Gulf Fwy. by the end of November.
The new building can accommodate up to 200 employees.
