ELGIN – OnePointe Solutions LLC is putting the finishing touches on an 18,000-sf addition to its 45,000-sf building at 1112 Swenson Blvd.
The expansion will give the facility more truck ports for deliveries, testing space to develop new products, and capacity to add 117 employees, quickly becoming one of the largest employers in Elgin.
The city signed a performance-based incentives deal with OnePointe in 2018, offering benefits including $50,000 for the relocation. OnePointe was set to receive an additional $200,000 from Elgin over a four-year period by reaching more employee benchmarks.
