IRVING – A coworking firm has opened a new, 37,500-sf location in the Las Colinas Urban Center.
Common Desk is leasing the third and fourth floors of the Canal Centre building, which is at 400 E. Las Colinas Blvd.. The floors include a tenant lounge anchored by Fiction Coffee, conference rooms, and workspaces.
Sunwest Real Estate Group manages the property.
Common Desk has offices in North Texas, Austin, Houston, and North Carolina, and is expanding to San Antonio, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix.
