DALLAS – Energy firm HF Sinclair Corp is moving its headquarters to a Victory Park tower.
HF Sinclair will lease 90,600 sf in the 20-story One Victory Park tower at 2323 Victory Ave. Their previous headquarters was near The Crescent.
One Victory Park has a fitness center and a 6,200-sf conference center, as well as a 10,000-sf food hall that will open early 2024.
The lease was negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE Group. The tower is owned by Clarion Partners.
HF Sinclair Corp was established by HollyFrontier Corp and Holly Energy Partners LP. It manufactures and sells gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, and specialty chemicals.
