SAN ANTONIO – Dallas-based RightQuest Residential has sold Eleven West Luxury Apartments. The 264-unit community is on approximately 13 acres along US 90 just west of Loop 1604.
Eleven West was 97 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
RightQuest began working on the project in early 2020, hiring Cross Architects and civil engineering firm MBC Engineers to coordinate the design. The general contractor for the project was Houston-based Nations Construction. Asset Living, also of Houston, handled leasing.
CBRE-Austin brokered the sale transaction on behalf of RightQuest.
The community has a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, private yards, detached garages, covered parking, and electric vehicle chargers.
The sale solidifies nearly 4,000 apartment units in Texas that RightQuest has developed and sold.
