RICHARDSON – A new office center for a Dallas-based bank will open in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield campus in the Telecom Corridor.
Texas Capital Bancshares Inc. is leasing 160,000 sf of office space for its $9 million center at 1000 E. Lookout Dr. east of US 75. Construction will be completed in January 2024.
The office is designed by Corgan.
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield campus has two buildings totaling more than one million sf.
