HOUSTON – McCord Development is developing a 45-acre biomanufacturing hub within Generation Park, a 4,300-acre master planned commercial development.
Called BioHub Two, the project can accommodate about 500,000 sf of biomanufacturing, lab, and office space along a five-acre greenspace. The site can be sold or leased to one or multiple companies.
McCord is nearing completion on almost $30 million of work to convert forested land into developable sites with access to roads, utilities, sewage lines, and a man-made lake as a regional detention facility doubling as a recreational site.
Construction won’t begin until tenants are secured. Buildings can be ready for tenants within 18 to 24 months after a deal is signed.
