DALLAS – A Four Seasons hotel and condominium tower is planned for Turtle Creek.
The $750 million luxury tower will have 35 floors, with 240 rooms on the lower floors and 118 deluxe residential units on the top floors, as well as two swimming pools, 15,000-sf private club, spa, three restaurants, and six or seven bars.
Boston-based Carpenter & Co. partnered with the Perot family for the project’s development. The tower is designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli.
Zuma, a contemporary Japanese cuisine restaurant, is the first signed dining venue.
