Mixed-use EVIVA Trinity Mills breaks ground

CARROLLTON – EVIVA Trinity Mills has broken ground at Trinity Mills Station. The mixed-use development is part of the city’s 25-acre Transit-Oriented Development (TOD).

Located at the President George Bush Turnpike and I-35E interchange, the five-story EVIVA Trinity Mills will have retail, restaurants, and more than 430 multifamily units. It will also have a 125,000-sf, six-story Class A office building as the marquee and a three-acre green park esplanade.

The project is a partnership between the City of Carrollton, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, The Integral Group, and Koa Partners.

The TOD is planned to grow into a 300-acre hub for DFW.
