ARLINGTON – A luxury rental community is being developed near Choctaw Stadium and Globe Life Field.
One Rangers Way will have 299 units across eight stories, plus 43,000 sf of services and amenities with an outdoor deck, pool, and green space.
It will also have an event and entertainment space, fitness facilities, coworking spaces, game lounge, business center, and conference room.
Units will range from 450 to 1,500 sf. Monthly rents will start at $1,400.
The project, which will open in late 2024, is part of the $1 billion Texas Live! Entertainment complex developed by Cordish Cos. and the Rangers.
