Fort Worth Stockyard’s last industrial building being redeveloped

The 70-year-old vacant Armour & Co. Packing Plant—the last industrial building in the Stockyards—is 50,000 sf.

The redevelopment will include new elevators and stairs and repairs to exterior brick and roofing. Construction will begin in August and finish in 2024.

The Armour plant closed in 1962 and was replaced by Bunge Edible Oil, which closed after 30 years.
