MELISSA – A $95 million gated community will begin construction this fall, bringing 343 homes to the area.
Located between US 75 and the Sam Rayburn Tollway, Wolf Creek Farms will have build-to-rent single-family homes, garages, a resort-style pool, dog park, open courtyards, fitness center, and a resident lounge.
Opening by the end of 2025, Wolf Creek Farms will have monthly rents ranging from $1,650 for a one-bedroom townhome to $2,200 for a three-bedroom townhome.
