CELINA – A Boston-based investor has purchased a 12-acre rental community, bringing its number of Texas apartments to 1,900.
The Livano at Bluewood, now named Atlas Bluewood, has 272 units, a resort-style pool, designer clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, and green space.
Located at 2600 Kinship Pkwy. east of Preston Rd., its units average 1,000 sf. Rents start at $1,500.
West Shore owns 14,000 units nationwide, including the Sovereign Apartments in Fort Worth. The $34 million rental community was developed by Alabama-based Liv Development and opened last year.
